摘要 为了解学生对不同层面高校管理工作的满意度,随机抽取154名学生进行问卷调查。通过折半信度检验对问卷信度进行评估,发现该问卷具有非常好的信度,能够为结论提供数据支持。由描述性统计可知,大多数学生对高校管理效果非常满意,说明高校能够满足学生的合理需求,提高管理服务质量。一致性检验结果显示,高校管理团队在注重尊重关怀的前提下,学生对校园环境表现出更高的满意度。高校管理水平的提升可能会伴随着服务质量的提升,会对学生的整体满意度产生积极影响。线性回归分析证明,尊重关怀、校园环境、学校管理这三方面是影响高校管理服务质量评价的重要因素,为高校管理者提供了明确的改进方向。高校管理团队应更加注重对学生的尊重关怀,为其创造更宜人的校园环境。 In order to know students’satisfaction with university management at different levels,the study randomly selects 154 students to conduct questionnaire survey.The study evaluates the reliability of the questionnaire with the half-way reliability test.It is found that the questionnaire had a very good reliability and could provide data support for the conclusion.According to descriptive statistics,most students are very satisfied with the effect of university management,which indicates that universities can meet the reasonable needs of students and improve the quality of management services.The consistency test results show that when the university management team pay attention to respect and care,the students show higher satisfaction with the campus environment.The improvement of university management level may be accompanied by the improvement of service quality,which will have positive impact on the overall satisfaction of students.Linear regression analysis proves the importance of respect and care,campus environment and school management in the evaluation of management service quality in colleges and universities.These provide clear improvement directions for college administrators.University management team should pay more attention to respect and care for students,so as to create a more pleasant campus environment for them.
