摘要
建立科学合理的高职院校教师分类评价机制是关注教师职业发展、促进科学激励、深化内涵建设的必然要求。明确高职院校教师分类评价的原则,即应坚持立足实际与服务发展、统筹抓总与重心下移、综合全面与重点突出、科学公正与客观公平、稳步推进与动态调整相统一。提高高职院校教师分类评价的路径:应科学合理划分教师类型、构筑一体化考评格局、重构系统差别评价内容、优化评价改革人文环境、畅通教师职业发展机制。
Establishing a scientific and reasonable classified evaluation mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for paying attention to teacher career development,promoting scientific incentives,and deepening connotation construction.The principles of classified evaluation of higher vocational college teachers are clarified,that is,we should adhere to the unity of being based on reality and service development,coordinating the overall focus and shifting down the center of gravity,comprehensiveness and highlighting key points,scientific and objective fairness,and steady progress and dynamic adjustment.The paths that improve the classified evaluation of higher vocational college teachers are as follows:We should divide the types of teachers scientifically and reasonably,construct an integrated evaluation pattern,reconstruct systematic differential evaluation content,optimize the humanistic environment for evaluation and reform,and smooth the mechanism for teacher career development.
