摘要
高职院校青年教师企业实践能够有效提升教师教学科研效能,但如何有效利用教师企业实践资源是当前高职院校面临的现实问题。从高职青年教师内涵及现状分析企业实践对教师专业技能、教学质量等核心职业素养的提升作用,阐释高职院校青年教师企业实践的内涵,辨析青年教师企业实践必要性和企业参与教师培养的合理性、重要性,探索高职青年教师企业实践创新路径,从政策解读、组建专业团队到沉浸式企业实践资源库建设,以改革创新推动院校教师实践方式、教学方法、教材资源等方面建设,提升高职院校青年教师教学科研效能。
The enterprise practice of young teachers in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the teaching and research efficiency of teachers,but how to effectively use the enterprise practice resources of teachers is a realistic problem faced by higher vocational colleges.From the connotation and current situation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the role of enterprise practice in improving core professional qualities such as teachers'professional skills and teaching quality,explains the connotation of enterprise practice of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the necessity of enterprise practice of young teachers and the rationality and importance of enterprise participation in teacher training.The innovation paths of higher vocational young teachers in enterprise practice are explored,from policy interpretation,to the establishment of professional teams,to the construction of immersive enterprise practice resources,to promote the construction of teachers'practice methods,teaching methods,textbook resources and other aspects with reform and innovation,and to improve the teaching and research effectiveness of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
