黑茶的抗肥胖功效及其作用机制研究进展

摘要 肥胖是一种身体脂肪积累过多的状态,以高血脂为特征,并与各种代谢疾病相关。随着社会的不断发展,物质生活的丰富让肥胖成为了不可避免的问题,而体重增加可能会导致一系列的健康问题,比如心血管疾病、Ⅱ型糖尿病、高血压、癌症等。黑茶属于后发酵茶,常见品种包括普洱茶、茯砖茶、六堡茶以及青砖茶等。黑茶因含有多种生物活性成分而具有多种生理功效,其中抗肥胖功效颇受研究者关注。黑茶品种不同以及从同一品种所提取的物质不同,其抗肥胖效果也有较大差异。本文综述了常见黑茶的抗肥胖功效及其作用机制,以期扩展黑茶的应用领域并为肥胖相关疾病的预防和治疗提供参考。 Obesity is a condition in which too much fat is accumulated in the body.It is characterized by hyperlipidemia and is associated with various metabolic diseases.With the continuous development of society and the abundance of material life,obesity has become an inevitable problem.However,weight gain can lead to a series of health risks,such as cardiovascular disease,typeⅡdiabetes,hypertension,cancer and so on.Dark tea is a kind of post-fermented tea.Its common varieties include Pu-erh tea,Fuzhuan brick tea,Liubao tea and Qingzhaun tea.Dark tea has a variety of physiological effects because it contains a variety of bioactive components,among which the anti-obesity effect has attracted much attention from researchers.Different varieties of dark tea and different substances extracted from the same variety have great differences in their anti-obesity effects.This article described the anti-obesity effects and mechanisms of several common dark tea,hoping to expand the application field of dark tea and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of obesity-related diseases.
