某型脉冲功率电源轻小型化研究

摘要 脉冲功率电源是一种将低功率能量存储并转换为高压大功率输出的电源,广泛应用于多个领域。其工作在高压大电流脉冲工况下,输出电流上升速率极快,在产生强大电磁场的同时,也对其内部电气连接、通流组件等提出了很高要求。长期以来,受限于材料和工艺,脉冲功率电源的体积和质量都比较大。某型脉冲功率电源对体积和质量较为敏感,基于此点,在现有技术基础上,对其进行了轻小型化研究,实现了在相同技术指标下,体积与质量均降低超过20%。 Pulse power supply module could store low power energy and transform it into high voltage and high power output,and is wildly applied in many fields.It works in high voltage and heavy current conditions,the ascent rate of output current is extremely high,thus leading to a strong electromagnetic filed,and a high demand for inner electrical connections and through-flow parts.For a long time,limited by material and craft,the volume and weight of pulse power supply module is relatively high.A special type of pulse power supply module is sensitive to volume as well as weight,based on this point and existing technical level,a miniaturization research is conducted to lower the volume and weight.The achievement,comparing with existing product,brings about an over 20%decrease of both volume and weight.
