基于ZigBee技术的实验室环境监控系统设计与实现

摘要 为解决计量检测实验室温湿度监测面临的效率低、误差大、不确定性强等问题,文章以无线传感器网络为基础,设计了一套基于ZigBee技术的实验室环境监控系统,实现了对计量检测实验室环境温湿度的精准采集和实时监测。实际应用结果表明,该系统能够实现对多区域环境温湿度数据的实时采集、显示、存储、超限报警、历史趋势分析等功能,运行平稳,为实验室温湿度监控提供了一种高效可行的解决方案。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,large error and strong uncertainty faced by temperature and humidity monitoring in metrology testing laboratory,based on wireless sensor network,this paper designs a set of laboratory environment monitoring system based on ZigBee technology to achieve accurate collection and real-time monitoring of environmental temperature and humidity in metrology testing laboratory.The practical application results show that the system can realize the real-time collection,display,storage,over-limit alarm,historical trend analysis and other functions of the environmental temperature and humidity data in multiple areas,and run smoothly,providing an efficient and feasible solution for the laboratory temperature and humidity monitoring.
