一种有机分子的合成及其对有机溶剂中水含量的检测

Synthesis of an organic molecule and its application in the detection of water content in organic solvents

摘要 设计合成了一种以3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醛为电子给体、三氰基呋喃衍生物为电子受体的新型传感器C1,经^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR和HRMS表征,并通过可视化观察和紫外-可见吸收光谱研究C1对四氢呋喃中水含量的定性和定量分析。结果表明:C1在无水四氢呋喃中最大吸收波长为450 nm,当体系中存在水时,溶液在550~600 nm出现新的吸收峰,颜色由黄色变为紫色;当水的含量在0~2.94%(%V:V)时,590 nm处吸光度与水体积浓度展现出良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.069 07X+0.010 6、R^(2)=0.996 16;并且利用手机采集溶液RGB值,可构建RGB-水含量线性曲线判断四氢呋喃中水含量。 A novel push-pull type sensor C1 using 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde as the electron donor and tricyanofuran derivatives as the electron acceptor was designed and synthesized.It was characterized by ~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and HRMS,and its qualitative and quantitative analysis of water content in tetrahydrofuran was studied through visual observation and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy.The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of Cl in THF was 450 nm.When water was present in the system,new absorption appeared at 550~600 nm,and the color changed from yellow to purple.When the water content was between 0~2.94%(%V:V),the absorbance at 590 nm exhibited a good linear relationship with the water volume concentration.The linear equation was y=0.002 26X+0.010 9,R^(2)=0.996 16.And by using mobile phones to collect solution RGB values for visual collection,a linear curve of RGB value-water content could be constructed to determine the water content in tetrahydrofuran.
