摘要 新时期社会力量参与学校课后服务建设是推动学校体育高质量发展的重要举措。“双减”政策下社会体育组织参与学校课后服务,构成协同育人的发展格局,在填补学校体育师资缺口、满足学生多元化体育需求、引领体育教学服务多元发展、提高课后体育服务质量等方面具有重要价值。然而,社会体育组织在其参与学校课后服务过程中存在着协同育人意识淡薄、社会力量自身能力欠缺、教学认知点存在差异、相关保障机制不健全等问题,需要从创新育人理念、强化自身能力建设、整合优质课程资源、建立健全相关制度等方面着手,构建社会体育力量参与学校课后服务的有效参与路径,促进体育课后服务的高质量开展。 The participation of social forces in the construction of after-school service in the new era is an important measure to promote the high quality development of school physical education.Under the“double reduction”policy,social sports organizations participate in after-school services,forming a development pattern of collaborative education,which has important value in filling the gap of school sports teachers,meeting the diversified sports needs of students,leading the diversified development of after-school service teaching,improving the quality of after-school service and so on.However,in the process of their participation in the practice,there are some problems,such as weak awareness of collaborative education,lack of social forces' own ability differences in teaching cognition points,and unsound relevant security mechanism.It is necessary to start from the aspects of innovating education concept,strengthening their own capacity building,integrating quality course resources,and establishing and perfecting relevant systems so as to construct the possibility of social sports forces participating in after-school services effective participation path to promote the high quality of after-school sports services.
