配电网单相接地故障电弧特性分析及真型试验技术研究

摘要 研究电弧故障特性对配电网稳定运行具有意义。通过仿真搭建Cassie和Mayr电弧模型,得出不同电压等级下适合配电网模拟电弧故障的模型,Cassie电弧适合高压配电网模拟电弧接地故障,Mayr电弧适合中压配电网模拟电弧接地故障。此外,在中国电力科学研究院有限公司特高压交流试验基地搭建10 kV真型配电网试验平台,验证仿真模型的正确性,试验验证与仿真实验结果相一致。结果表明:与中性点不接地方式相比,配电网在中性点消弧线圈接地条件下,对故障过电压抑制效果明显,可提高系统的安全可靠性。 It is significant to study the arc fault characteristics for the stable operation of distribution network.In this paper,Cassie arc and Mayr arc models are built by simulation means,and the models suitable for simulating arc fault in distribution network under different voltage levels are obtained.Cassie arc is suitable for simulating arc ground fault in high-voltage distribution network,and Mayr arc is suitable for simulating arc ground fault in medium-voltage distribution network.In addition,a 10 kV real distribution network test platform has been built in the UHV AC test base of the China Electric Power Research Institute to verify the correctness of the arc simulation model.The test verification is consistent with the simulation results.The results show that compared with the ungrounded neutral point,the distribution network with arc suppression coil grounding can significantly suppress fault overvoltage and improve the safety and reliability of the system.
