摘要
不同应用主体和应用场景中储能的收益存在差异,对于新电改中不同应用主体侧储能收益的研究与分析尤为重要。提出了在市场机制作用下面向不同应用场景和投资主体分布式储能投资的优化模型,并给出了适合不同主体应用场景的相关建议。对市场机制中分布式储能的两类应用主体进行分析,并对各类主体中分布式储能可能的应用场景及利用价值进行研究。根据不同应用场景要求,构建相应的储能投资优化模型并结合实例对同一主体,不同应用场景配置储能所实现的经济与技术效果进行比较分析,并对不同主体侧所配置的储能进行优化。研究表明,电网侧储能是延缓电网投资最合适的选择;售电侧储能直接用于降低售电公司的购电成本最为合适。研究结果对国内储能商业化开发具有借鉴意义。
There are differences in the benefits of energy storage in different application subjects and application scenarios.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the economic benefits of energy storage in different application subjects under the background of new electricity reform.This paper proposes a distributed energy storage investment optimization model under the market mechanism for different application scenarios and different investment subjects,and puts forward suggestions for the adaptive application scenarios to different subjects..Two application subjects of distributed energy storage under market mechanism are analyzed,also the potential application scenarios and utilization values of distributed energy storage are explored.According to the requirements of different application scenarios,the corresponding investment optimization model of energy storage is established.The economic and technical effects of energy storage configuration under the same subject and different application scenarios are compared and analyzed,as well as the configuration effects of energy storage on different subject sides.The results show that grid-side energy storage is most suitable for delaying power grid investment.Selling-side energy storage is most suitable for directly applying to reduce the cost of purchasing power for electricity sales companies.The research results can provide reference for the commercial development of energy storage in China.
