摘要
酸碱滴定的终点误差是分析化学理论教学中的重点和难点之一,目前通行的教材均按照不同的滴定体系,导出大量公式进行误差计算,不仅过程复杂,而且大都为近似计算。本文尝试推导一种统一以滴定剂体积表达的终点误差公式,并将滴定剂在到达计量点和滴定终点时所对应的体积予以数值化,以准确求取滴定终点误差值。相关实例显示,该法可大大降低计算难度,有效减轻教学负担。此外,本文提出采用MATLAB将算法程序化,以进一步提升教学效率。
The endpoint error of acid-base titration is one of the key and difficult points in the theoretical teaching of analytical chemistry,and the current textbooks are in accordance with different titration systems,derive a large number of formulas for the calculation of error,which is not only complicated,but also mostly approximate.In this paper,we try to derive an end-point error formula that is uniformly expressed in terms of titrant volume,and the corresponding volumes of titrant at the stoichiometric point and titration end-point are numericalized to accurately find the titration end-point error value.Relevant examples show that this method can greatly reduce the difficulty of calculation and effectively reduce the teaching burden.In addition,this paper proposes to use MATLAB to program the algorithm to further enhance the teaching efficiency.
