产教融合背景下以水蒸气蒸馏制备山苍子油及相关分析的实验教学

摘要 以行业人才需求为导向,结合香料行业特点,设计了一个本科综合化学实验教学项目。以廉价、易得的山苍子为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其化学成分进行定性、定量分析。通过该综合实验教学,让学生了解掌握天然精油的制备方法,掌握水蒸气蒸馏的原理与方法,GC-MS的结构、工作原理、操作和分析,从而提高其实验操作技能及分析总结能力,为其未来的就业打下坚实基础。 Aundergraduate comprehensive chemistry experiment teaching project was designed based on the talent demand of chemical industry and the characteristics of fragrance industry.The volatile oil was extracted from Litsea cubeba by steam distillation.The chemical components of essential oil were identified by GC-MS and qualitative analysis was made.Through the comprehensive experiment teaching project,the undergraduates can understand the preparation method of essential oil and the principle of steam distillation,master the structure,principle,operation and analysis of GC-MS,which improves the students’experimental skills and analysis ability and will lay a foundation for the students’future employment.
