摘要
十四五期间,我国义务教育在均衡发展的基础上迈向优质和高质量发展阶段,乡村义务教育作为义务教育体系的重要组成部分,其发展水平直接关乎我国义务教育的整体质量。然而新时期背景下,乡村义务教育供给尚存在政府选择偏好,政策执行失真;城挤乡弱村空,教育结构失衡;乡土场景脱嵌,乡土文化失语;供给主体缺场,教育过程失公等现实问题。针对这些问题,新一代数字技术从底层逻辑上降低了教育复杂系统的不确定性,增强了教育的解释力、共享力、决策力、监督力,有效赋能教育供给。基于此,文章紧扣是何-缘何-以何-如何这一实践逻辑,在深入分析乡村义务教育供给内涵、价值趋向和实践问题的基础上,论述了数字技术赋能乡村义务教育供给的价值逻辑,进而构建了数字技术赋能乡村义务教育供给的实践路径。文章通过研究,旨在有效利用数字技术,科学赋能乡村教育供给,助力乡村义务教育高质量发展。
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s compulsory education has moved towards the stage of superior quality and high-quality development on the basis of the balanced development.The development level of rural compulsory education,as an important part of the compulsory education system,is directly related to the overall quality of compulsory education in China.However,under the background of the new era,the rural compulsory education supply still faces several challenges such as government preference and policy implementation distortion,urban-rural disparities leading to an imbalanced education structure,disembedment of rural contexts resulting in a loss of cultural identity,and the absence of suppliers causing unfairness in the education process.In response to these problems,the new generation of digital technology reduced the uncertainty of educational complex systems from the underlying logic,enhanced the explanatory,sharing,decision-making,and supervisory power of education,and effectively empowered education supply.Accordingly,closely following the practical logic of“what-why-with what-how”and on the basis of deep analysis of the connotation,value orientation,and practical problems of rural compulsory education supply,this paper discussed the value logic of rural compulsory education supply empowered by digital technology,and then constructed the practical path of rural compulsory education supply empowered by digital technology.Through research,the paper was expected to effectively utilize digital technology,scientifically empower rural education supply,and facilitate the high-quality development of rural compulsory education.
