藏药臭蚤草化学成分研究

摘要 目的:研究臭蚤草Pulicaria insignis Drumm ex Dunn.的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱、D101大孔树脂等色谱方法对臭蚤草花序65%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位进行分离纯化,并通过其理化性质及波谱数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从臭蚤草花序中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:8β-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(14β,6α)-olide(1)、8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(2)、furanoeremophilan-4β,6α-olide(3)、8β-eremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(4)、6β-hydroxyerelimophran-7(11)-en-12,8β-olid(5)、8β,10β-dihydroxyeremophilenolide(6)、(6α,8α)-6-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8-olide(7)、10β-hydroxyeremophilenolide(8)、1(10)-en-2-oxo-7α-isopropanoleremophilane(9)、(4S,5S,7R)-11-hydroxyeremophil-1(10)-ene-2,9-dione(10)、8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8-olide(11)、4-methoxybenzonic acid(12)、木犀草素(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~11为首次从蚤草属植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pulicaria insignis.Methods:The compounds from the petroleum ether fraction of 65%ethanol extract of Pulicaria insignis inflorescence were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and D101 macroporous resin.The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from Pulicaria insignis inflorescence and identified as 8β-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(14β,6α)-olide(1),8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(2),furanoeremophilan-4β,6α-olide(3),8β-eremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(4),6β-hydroxyerelimphran-7(11)-en-12,8β-olid(5),8β,10β-dihydroxyeremophilenolide(6),(6α,8α)-6-hydroxyeremo-phil-7(11)-en-12,8-olide(7),10β-hydroxyeremophilenolide(8),1(10)-en-2-oxo-7α-isopropanoleremophilane(9),(4S,5S,7R)-11-hydroxyeremophil-1(10)-ene-2,9-dione(10),8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8-olide(11),4-methoxybenzonic acid(12),luteolin(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 11 are isolated from Pulicaria genus for the first time.
