摘要
在国家深化现代职业教育体系建设改革,产教融合持续推进的背景下,湖南工程职业技术学院环境地质工程专业教研室对自然资源行业复合型技能人才培养路径展开了研究,提出了以科研创新为核心力量,聚焦湖南自然资源产业绿色发展需求,构建了“一核三赋能”人才培养路径模型,实践证明具有较好的推广应用效果。
Under the background of deepening the reform of modern vocational education system construction and continuous promotion of the integration of industry and education,the Teaching and Research Department of Environmental Geology Engineering of Hunan Polytechnic of Engineering has carried out a study on the cultivation path of composite skill talents in natural resources industry,and proposed to take scientific research and innovation as the core force and focus on the green development needs of Hunan s natural resources industry.A talent training path model of“One Core Strength,Three Elevations”has been constructed,which has been proved to have good promotion and application effect.
