基于Web of Science的炎症性肠病相关肌少症研究热点及趋势的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of research hotspots and trends in inflammatory bowel disease-associated sarcopenia based on Web of Science

目的 通过文献计量学方法分析与探索炎症性肠病相关肌少症领域的研究现状、研究热点与趋势,为后续临床研究提供参考。方法 使用Web of Science(WOS)检索2000年至2022年发表的炎症性肠病肌少症相关文献,并利用CiteSpace对相关文献的研究国家、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 最终共纳入文献261篇。炎症性肠病相关肌少症研究的年度发文量整体呈现上升趋势,当前研究的热点集中于炎症性肠病肌少症患者的术后并发症、营养代谢状态、体成分的测量、维生素D以及抗TNF-α制剂与炎症性肠病肌少症的关系研究。结论 近年来炎症性肠病相关肌少症问题得到越来越多的临床关注,临床医护人员及相应工作者应关注炎症性肠病患者疾病护理和自我管理的重要性,提供个性化的护理及治疗,减少甚至预防肌少症的发生,推动我国炎症性肠病相关肌少症的研究。

Objective To analyze and explore the research status,hotspots,and trends in the field of sarcopenia related to inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) through bibliometric methods,providing a reference for subsequent clinical research.MethodsLiterature related to sarcopenia in IBD published from 2000 to 2022 was searched in Web of Science(WOS),and CiteSpace was used for visual analysis of research countries,institutions,keywords,etc.Results A total of 261 articles were included.The annual number of publications on sarcopenia related to IBD shows an overall upward trend.Current research hotspots focus on postoperative complications in IBD patients with sarcopenia,nutritional metabolic status,body composition and muscle strength measurement,the relationship between vitamin D,anti-TNF-α drugs and sarcopenia in IBD.Conclusion In recent years,sarcopenia related to IBD has received increasing clinical attention.Clinical medical staff and relevant workers should pay attention to the importance of disease care and self-management in IBD patients,provide personalized care and treatment,reduce or even prevent the occurrence of sarcopenia,and promote research on sarcopenia related to IBD in our country.
