谈勇治疗卵巢功能低下相关性疾病经验探析

卵巢功能低下相关性疾病是一个动态的,逐渐进展的过程。从卵巢储备功能减退到早发性卵巢功能不全,最终发展至卵巢早衰的终末阶段。谈勇教授,江苏省名中医,岐黄学者,继承国医大师夏桂成教授学术思想,将中医与现代生殖技术相结合,在治疗卵巢功能低下性相关疾病方面有着丰富的临床经验。谈勇教授认为该类疾病主要病机在于肾中阴阳失调,治疗以滋阴补阳方序贯为基础,重在经后期滋阴填精,临证辨证施治,适时培补脾肾,交合心肾,促进心(脑)-肾-肝脾-子宫轴功能恢复。并配合激素补充、针刺、膏方等综合施治,见微知著,显著提高了卵巢功能低下患者的临床妊娠率,附验案一则加以佐证。

Ovarian hypofunction related disease is a dynamic,progressive process.From diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)to Premature Ovarian Insufficiency(POI),eventually it progressed to the terminal stage of premature ovarian failure(POF).Professor TAN Yong is a famous Chinese doctor in Jiangsu Province and also a Qihuang scholar.She inherited Professor Xia Guicheng's academic thought and combined traditional Chinese medicine with modern reproductive technology,having rich clinical experience in the treatment of ovarian hypofunction related diseases.Professor Tan Yong believes that the main pathogenesis of this kind of disease lies in the imbalance of Yin and Yang in the kidney,and the treatment is based on the sequential prescription of nourishing Yin and replenishing Yang,focusing on nourishing Yin and replenishing essence in the postmenstrual period.She also pays attention to tonifying the spleen and kidney,connecting the heart and kidney,and promoting the recovery of the function of the axis of the heart(brain),kidney,liver,spleen and uterus.In addition,modern medicine hormone supplement,acupuncture,ointment and other comprehensive treatment was also applied to improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with low ovarian function,and a case was cited as proof.
