寒冷地区近零能耗建筑参数优化研究

Research on optimization of building parameters for near zero energy consumption in cold regions

摘要 针对寒冷地区近零能耗建筑的围护结构在夏季会增加室内制冷能耗的问题,提出在夏季和过渡季采用空调与自然通风系统相结合的节能方法,运用EnergyPlus软件模拟研究窗墙面积比、外窗太阳得热因数、窗户传热系数、外墙传热系数、外遮阳悬挑梁长度等5个参数对建筑能耗的影响,通过正交试验确定最优因素水平组合.研究结果显示,优化建筑与既有建筑相比,全年供暖制冷综合能耗可节约43.7%. Aiming at the problem that the enclosure structure of near zero energy consuming build-ings in cold regions will increase the indoor cooling energy consumption in summer,a energy-saving method using air conditioning natural ventilation system in summer and transitional season is proposed.EnergyPlus software is used to simulate and study the effects of five parameters on building energy consumption,such as window wall area ratio,solar heat gain factor of outer window,heat transfer coefficient of window,heat transfer coefficient of external wall and length of cantilevered beam of outer shade,and the optimal combination of factors is determined by orthogo-nal experiments.The research results show that compared with existing buildings,the annual comprehensive energy consumption of heating and cooling in the optimal building can be saved by 43.7%.
