基于电机驱动的玉米精量排种控制系统开发与试验

摘要 玉米单产提升是确保粮食产量稳定的有效措施,玉米精量排种器电机驱动控制技术是改善玉米播种质量,提高玉米产量的有效方式。本研究设计了一款驱控一体式永磁同步电机,提出了基于磁场定向控制(FOC)的电机转速精准控制方法,采用MATAB验证FOC驱动控制方法的正确性,研制了玉米电驱精量排种控制系统,开展了田间实验,结果表明:作业速度≤15 km/h时,播种合格指数≥91.79%,漏播指数≤2.42%,重播指数≤5.80%,变异系数≤20.65%,播种质量明显优于国标,满足高速播种需求。 The increase in corn yield per unit area is an effective measure to ensure stable grain production.The electric motor drive control technology is an effective way to improve planting quality and yield.In this study,a drive-control integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed,and a motor speed precise control method based on field-oriented control(FOC)was proposed.The correctness of the FOC drive control method was verified by MATLAB,and a motor-driving maize precision planting control system was developed.Field experiments were conducted,and the results showed that with an operating speed≤15 km/h,the qualified planting index was≥91.79%,the missed planting index was≤2.42%,the replanting index was≤5.80%,the coefficient of variation was≤20.65%,and the planting quality was significantly better than the national standard,meeting the demand for high-speed planting.
