摘要
对拖拉机多路阀软轴操纵机构进行了简单介绍,并针对拖拉机在作业过程中出现的操纵力大及舒适性差的问题,提出一种在软轴和多路阀之间增加传动机构的解决方案。此方案只需对操纵机构进行局部改动,具有改进周期短,通用性高的特点,节约了生产制造成本,且易配套推广,为拖拉机操纵力优化提供新思路。
In this paper,the flexible shaft control mechanism of tractor multi-way valve was briefly introduced.Aiming at the problems of large control force and poor control comfort in the process of tractor operation,the solution of adding transmission mechanism between flexible shaft and multi-way valve was proposed.The control mechanism was only partially modified in the solution.The solution not only had the characteristics of short improvement cycle and high universality,but also saved the manufacturing cost.This paper provides a new idea for optimization of control force.
