摘要
大学生劳动教育内在交织着“自我—社会—国家(民族)”等多重价值关联。大学生劳动教育具有自我构建、社会关系联结和服务国之大者三层次的价值意蕴。在推进大学生劳动教育这一系统工程的过程中,“劳动—教育”“体力—脑力”“理论—实践”三对关系的失衡导致劳动教育的价值功能失真失活,因此应该从大学生“劳心”育成、“劳力”塑成以及“劳行”化成等方面予以破解。
Labor education for college students is inherently intertwined with multiple value associations such as"self-societystate(nation)".It has three levels of value essence:self construction,social connection,and serving the interests of the country.In the process of promoting the systematic project of labor education for college students,the imbalance of the three relationships of"labor-education","physical strength-mental power",and"theory-practice"has led to the distortion and deactivation of the its values and functions.It is proposed to solve this problem from three aspects,namely fostering a healthy"labor mentality",shaping a sound"labor strength",and forming a positive"labor behavior".
