创业者幸福感的演化机制——基于自组织理论的纵向单案例研究

摘要 既有研究用某一时点幸福感来代表整个创业过程中的创业者幸福感,对于创业者幸福感的动态性探索不足。基于自组织理论,使用探索性单案例研究方法,试图回答“创业者的心理幸福感如何随创业阶段变化”这一核心问题,有助于探索创业者心理幸福感在不同创业阶段的动态演化机制,揭示创业自组织的过程。研究结果表明,创业者会根据不同阶段的创业目标,开展不同的创业活动,这使得创业者的心理幸福感随着创业阶段发生变化,同时还发现创业者的心理幸福感是其坚持创业的重要原因。研究结论启发创业者在创业过程中应当明确自己所处的阶段,根据不同阶段的目标开展对应的创业活动,从而通过创业获得幸福感。 Research on the relationship between entrepreneurship and well-being is mainly based on a static perspective,where the well-being of entrepreneurs at a certain point in time is used to represent their well-being throughout the entire entrepreneurial process.This has resulted in an insufficient exploration of the dynamic aspects of an entrepreneur’s well-being,which is a significant reason for the lack of consensus on the relationship between entrepreneurship and well-being.In order to better explore this relationship,this study is based on the self-organization theory and utilizes an exploratory longitudinal single-case analysis approach to explore the changes of entrepreneurs’well-being during the entrepreneurial process.Based on self-organization theory,this research addresses the core question of“how does entrepreneurs’psychological well-being change in the different stages of entrepreneurship”.This research not only delves into the dynamic mechanisms of entrepreneur’s psychological well-being in various entrepreneurial stages but also uncovers the self-organizing process of entrepreneurship.The research findings indicate that entrepreneurs engage in different entrepreneurial activities based on their goals in the different stages of entrepreneurship,which leads to changes in their experience of psychological well-being.Furthermore,this research suggests that an entrepreneur’s psychological well-being serves as an important feedback signal for their persistence in entrepreneurship.The conclusions of this research inspire entrepreneurs to clearly identify the stages they are in during their entrepreneurial journey,engage in relevant entrepreneurial activities based on the goals specific to the stages,and thus achieve well-being through entrepreneurship.
