韦氏手法配合银质针治疗腰椎间盘突出症 临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of Wechsler manipulation combined with silver needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察韦氏手法配合银质针治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例LDH患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组予以常规治疗,基于此,治疗组予以韦氏手法配合银质针治疗,治疗4周,比较两组的临床疗效,于治疗前后比较两组的腰腿疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、腰椎功能[日本骨科协会评估(JOA)评分、Oswestry障碍指数(ODI)]。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的JOA评分高于对照组,VAS、ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论韦氏手法配合银质针治疗LDH可提高疗效,减轻患者腰腿疼程度,提高腰椎功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wechsler maneuver combined with silver needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Sixty patients with LDH admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,and based on this,the treatment group was treated with Wechsler manipulation combined with silver needle for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,the degree of lower back and leg pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],lumbar spine function[Japanese orthopedic association assessment(JOA)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)]between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS and ODI scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wechsler maneuver and silver needle therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of LDH,reduce the degree of lower back and leg pain in patients,and improve lumbar function.
