督灸联合自血疗法治疗气虚质慢性荨麻疹的 临床效果

Clinical effect on Du moxibustion combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria with Qi deficiency constitution

目的观察督灸联合自血疗法治疗气虚质慢性荨麻疹患者的临床效果及对IgE的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月山东省公共卫生临床中心皮肤科门诊收治的80例气虚质慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为西药组(40例)与中医组(40例),中医组采用督灸联合自血疗法治疗,西药组采用口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS)、IgE、临床疗效和复发率。结果治疗2个疗程后,中医组的总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2、4、6个月,中医组的复发率低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的UAS评分、IgE水平低于治疗前,且中医组治疗后的UAS评分、IgE水平均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督灸联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效肯定,复发率低,可作为中医绿色疗法推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Du moxibustion combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria patients with Qi deficiency constitution and its effect on IgE.Methods A total of 80 chronic urticaria patients with functional constipation of Qi deficiency were selected from January 2022 to January 2023 in Department of Dermatology,Shandong Public Health Clinical Center were selected as the study objects,and were divided into Western medicine group(40 cases)and Chinese medicine group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Du moxibustion and autohemotherapy,and the Western medicine group was treated with oral Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules.The urticaria activity score(UAS),IgE,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2,4,6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of Chinese medicine group was lower than that of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UAS score and IgE level of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the UAS score and IgE level of the Chinese medicine group after treatment were lower than those of the Western medicine group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Du moxibustion combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria has definite clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate,which can be promoted as green therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
