蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Iron Proteinsucciniylate Oral Solution in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children

目的分析对小儿缺铁性贫血采取蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗的效果情况。方法选择2021年1月至2022年1月泉州市妇幼保健院儿童医院临床营养科的70例缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患儿分成研究组(35例)和常规组(35例)。研究组采用蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗,常规组采用马酸亚铁治疗。比较两组患儿不良反应、血红蛋白、红细胞总数及红细胞比容、血清铁总量(SF)、总铁结合力(TIBC)。结果研究组患儿不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SF水平高于常规组,研究组患者TIBC水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血红蛋白、红细胞总数及红细胞比容高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺铁性贫血患儿施以蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液予以治疗,能够有效地改善患儿贫血的临床症状,不良反应发生率更少,临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of using Iron Proteinsuccinate Oral Solution to treat pediatric iron deficiency anemia.Methods Seventy children with iron deficiency anemia were selected from the Department of Clinical Nutrition of Children's Hospital,Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the study objects.All patients were divided into study group(35 cases)and routine group(35 cases)by random number table method.The study group was treated with Iron Proteinsuccinate Oral Solution,and the conventional group was treated with Ferrous Marinate.The adverse reactions,hemoglobin,total erythrocyte and hematocrit,total serum iron(SF)and total iron binding capacity(TIBC)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the TIBC level in the study group patients was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The hemoglobin,total red blood cell count,and hematocrit of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating children with iron deficiency anemia with Iron Proteinsuccinate Oral Solution can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of anemia in children,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions and significant clinical effects.
