吕氏八步排乳法联合火龙罐在产妇泌乳不足患者中的护理效果

目的探讨吕氏八步排乳法联合火龙罐在产妇泌乳不足患者中的护理效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月的江西省萍乡市中医院的60例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理、吕氏八步排乳法联合火龙罐护理。比较两组的乳汁分泌量、乳房胀痛的变化情况以及产后缺乳疗效和护理满意度情况、泌乳始动时间。结果两组干预后乳汁分泌量高于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后乳汁分泌量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后数字评价量表法(NRS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的泌乳始动时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇泌乳护理中实施吕氏八步排乳法联合火龙罐能够明显促进乳汁的分泌,提高护理满意度,提早产妇的泌乳始动时间,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of Lv's eight step lactation method combined with fire dragon jar on postpartum women with insufficient lactation.Methods Sixty parturient from Jiangxi Pingxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received routine nursing care,Lv's eight step lactation method combined with dragon cupping nursing care.The changes of milk secretion,breast tenderness,postpartum lactation effect,nursing satisfaction and lactation start time were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the milk secretion in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the milk secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The numerical rating scale(NRS)score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Lv's eight step lactation method combined with fire dragon jar in lactation nursing for parturient can significantly promote milk secretion,improve nursing satisfaction,and advance the start time of lactation for parturient,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
