摘要
矿石中微量钪的测定,由于没有高选择性和高灵敏度的方法,分析手续繁杂冗长。特别当试样含有大量钍、铀,锆(铪)、钛和稀土元素时,更增加分析的困难。钪与铬天青S和氯化十四烷基二甲基苄基胺于微酸性介质中形成的三元络合物,具有很高的灵敏度,但是选择性仍然不好。
A new rapid and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of scandium with chrome Azurol S cetylpyridinium chloride in ammoniacal medium was studied. This method based on the coloration of scandium-chrome azurol S-cpc ternary complex can be applied in the concentration range of 0-12ug/25ml of Sc_(2)O_(3). It showed an absorption maximum at 530nm in a pH range 1>10 and its apparent molar absorptivity is 5.7x10^(4). The PMBP extraction was used to separate most accompanying elements, and the interference of the residua) ions were eliminataed by adding suitable masking agents.
