一种基于MES的二轮车VIN码识别方式研究

Research on VIN Code Recognition Method of Two-wheeled Vehicle Based on MES

为了提高二轮车总装效率,解决车辆总装生产过程中获取VIN码的问题,结合现有二轮车生产工艺的特点,提出了一种基于MES软件进行识别车辆VIN码的方式。该方式利用现有MES系统功能,增加相应的防错算法,可以在不对总装板链线进行硬件改造、不增加生产作业人员操作工作量的情况下,自动识别二轮车VIN码,达到了较好的效果。

In order to improve the efficiency of vehicle assembly and solve the problem of obtaining VIN code in the production process of vehicle assembly,this paper combines with the characteristics of the existing production process of two-wheeled vehicles,and proposes a method of recognizing vehicle VIN code based on MES software.By using the functions of the existing MES system and adding the corresponding error-proof algorithm,this method can automatically identify the VIN code of the two-wheel vehicle without hardware transformation of the assembly plate chain line and without increasing the operating workload of the production personnel,achieving a good effect.
