摘要
针对光伏电子工程技能大赛项目设备有限,不能很好满足区赛比赛需求的问题,设计一种基于XK-FTD3型风能太阳能互补实训装置。该装置由电压比较器、蓄电池防过放控制器、自动切换备用电源模块、开关电源、按钮、中间继电器和PLC等组成的光伏孤岛供电系统。引导学生就任务进行发散思维,自主设计流程和实现方案,完成直流负载的不间断供电,有效提升学生的创新意识和动手能力,更好地落实立德树人。
This paper designs a wind energy and solar energy complementary training device based on XK-FTD3.The device is a photovoltaic island power supply system which is composed of voltage comparator,battery anti-overdischarge controller,automatic switching standby power module,switching power supply,button,intermediate relay and PLC.Guide students to divergent thinking on the task,independently design the process and implementation plan,complete the uninterrupted power supply of DC load,effectively improve the students'innovation consciousness and practical ability,and better implement the moral cultivation.
