PCK1通过能量代谢调控细胞衰老的研究进展

Research progress of PCK1 in the regulation of cell senescence through energy metabolism pathway

摘要 磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶1(phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1,PCK1)由磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶(phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase,PEPCK)基因编码,是生物体内糖异生途径的第一个限速酶,在调控血糖水平和能量代谢等方面有重要作用。能量代谢的改变与细胞衰老进程密切相关,能量的产生和消耗失衡不利于个体长寿并会诱发多种衰老相关疾病。本文总结了PCK1通过影响能量代谢水平从而调控细胞衰老进程的研究进展,旨在阐明PCK1、能量代谢和细胞衰老之间的联系,为进一步研究PCK1作为潜在的衰老靶点在恢复身体机能和预防衰老相关疾病等领域的作用提供理论基础。 Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1(PCK1),encoded by the PEPCK(phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase)gene,is the first rate-limiting enzyme in gluconeogenesis pathway and has an important role in the regulation of blood glucose levels and energy metabolism.Alterations in energy metabolism are closely linked to cell senescence and imbalances in energy production and expenditure are detrimental to longevity and induce a variety of age-related diseases.This work summarizes the research progress of PCK1 in energy metabolism pathways to regulate aging,aiming to elucidate the link between PCK1,energy metabolism and cell senescence,which provides a theoretical basis for further research on the role of PCK1 as a potential target of aging in the restoration of body functions and prevention of aging-related diseases.
