ITIHs基因在肿瘤发展中的作用

摘要 人α胰蛋白酶抑制剂重链(inter-α-trypsine inhibitor heavy chains,ITIHs)是血浆蛋白酶抑制剂家族的成员,其由5个基因组成,即ITIH1、ITIH2、ITIH3、ITIH4和ITIH5。ITIHs在稳定细胞外基质、调节炎症及肿瘤的发展中发挥着重要的作用,尤其是在癌症的发展中可能发挥着抑癌或者促癌的作用。本文着重对近年来ITIHs基因在肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、胰腺癌、肝癌、胃癌等常见肿瘤中发挥的作用进行了综述,旨在为癌症潜在靶点的筛选及癌症的治疗提供新思路。 Human inter-α-trypsine inhibitor heavy chains(ITIHs)are members of the plasma protease inhibitor family,which consists of five genes,namely ITIH1,ITIH2,ITIH3,ITIH4 and ITIH5.Accumulating evidence demonstrates that ITIHs plays an important role in stabilizing extracellular matrix,regulating inflammation and tumor progression,especially the role in the progression of cancer,which may play a role in inhibiting or promoting cancer.This review focuses on the role of ITIHs gene in multiple common cancers including lung cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,prostate cancer,pancreatic cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma and gastric cancer in recent years,so as to provide new ideas for the screening of potential cancer targets and the treatment of cancer.
