课程思政背景下生物化学实验课程教学的改革与实践

Reform and practice of Biochemical Experiment teaching under the background of ideological and political curriculum

摘要 课程思政是当前我国高等教育改革和研究的前沿课题,生物化学实验教学作为生命科学类专业的基础实践课程,是开展思政融合、实现全面育人的关键课程。本文在总结生物化学实验教学现状的基础上,提出了进行课程思政改革的思路、目标和途径,详细介绍了涵盖线上线下、课前课后的思政改革探索和实践过程,并分析了改革实践的成效与启示,旨在为生物类实验课程的思政改革提供参考。 Curriculum ideology and politics is a leading topic in the field of teaching reform and research of higher education in China currently.As a basic practical course for life science majors,Biochemical Experiment is a key course for promoting the integration of ideological-political education into professional course,and achieving comprehensive education.Based on the situation summarizing of Biochemistry Experiment teaching,this article proposed the ideas,goals,and approaches for the curriculum ideological and political reform,and provided a detailed introduction to the exploration and practice process of ideological and political reform that covering online and offline,before and after class,and analyzed the effectiveness and inspiration of the reform practice.This work aims to provide reference for the ideological and political reform of Biologic Experiment courses.
