摘要
为提升老年人洗浴的舒适性体验和自理性、安全性。基于舒适性形成机制,研究影响洗浴舒适性的用户、产品及环境系统要素;结合用户调研及产品分析舒适性指标,并据此进行测量实验。得到视觉、操作、体感三个舒适性维度,并在此基础上构建了19项可测量、可操作的舒适性评估指标,依据实验结果提出舒适性设计原则。该方法可为适老化产品舒适性研究提供参考,并指导设计实践。
In order to improve the comfort experience and autonomy,safety of bathing for the elderly.Based on the comfort formation mechanism,the user,product and environmental system elements affecting bathing comfort are studied;combining user research and product analysis comfort indicators,and based on this,measurement experiments are carried out.The three comfort dimensions of vision,operation and body feeling are obtained.On this basis,19 measurable and operable comfort evaluation indicators were constructed.According to the experimental results,the comfort design principles are put forward.The method can provide a reference for the comfort assessment of aging-friendly products and guide the design practice.
