摘要
以老龄化社会主题为例,探索设计院校如何开展“社会主题型”设计人才培养,使之培养出能够与时俱进,解决新时代社会问题的复合型卓越人才。以重庆邮电大学传媒艺术学院“人体感知与数据智能”实验室作为实践平台,并对“问题意识”“多元知识”和“地球公民”的重要性进行分析,最后针对这3个意识进行人才培养实践。通过两年半的实践过程,实验室培养出的本科生在发表高质量文章、实现高质量就业,以及获得互联网+奖项方面都取得了可喜成绩。当培养内容从“专业类别(Discipline)”转向到“社会主题(Theme)”,当培养模式从“知识传授(Delivering)”转向到“平台使能(Enabling)”,面向老龄化等特定社会主题的设计人才培养是有可行路径的,可以有效地解决传统专业技能型人才培养中存在的盲目性、滞后性和被动性问题。
Takingdesign colleges canthecarrythemeout theof agingtrainingsocietyof"socialas anthemed"example,itdesignexplorestalents,sohow that they can cultivate outstanding talents who can keep pace with the times and solve social problems in the new era.Take the"Human Perception and Data Intelligence"Laboratory of the School of Media Arts of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the practice platform,analyze the importance of"problem awareness","multiple knowledge"and"global citizen",and finally carry out talent training practice for these three awareness.Through two and a half years of practice,the undergraduates trained in the laboratory have achieved gratifying results in publishing high-quality articles,achieving high-quality employment,and winning Internet+awards.When the training content shifts from"Professional Category(Discipline)"to"Social Theme(Theme)",when the training mode shifts from"Knowledge Transfer(Delivering)"to"Platform Enabling(Enabling)",for specific social themes such as aging There is a feasible path for the training of design talents,which can effectively solve the problems of blindness,lag and passivity in the training of traditional professional and skilled talents.
