基于中式礼仪的幽门螺杆菌防治餐饮产品

摘要 针对中国现有合餐制度的现状所引起的幽门螺杆菌防治困境,提出符合中式礼仪的分餐餐饮产品设计,以及幽门螺杆菌的推广与检测手段。首先以5W展开,根据对中国感染现状和原因的桌面调查,然后分析现有幽门螺杆菌检测过程中用户的心理以及需求,最后通过访谈做出关于中式分餐与幽门螺杆菌检测的设计定位。针对以聚餐为主的情感化分餐餐具设计,结合以用户隐私为第一,附带对幽门螺杆菌推广功能的交互检测产品设计。让用户在享受用餐时提供的社会存在感的同时,化解其中的健康隐患。 In view of the prevention and control of H.pylori caused by the current situation of Chinese dining system,to propose the design of catering products for separate meals in line with Chinese etiquette,and the promotion and detection methods of H.pylori.Firstly,based on a desktop survey of the current situation and causes of infection in China,the psychology and needs of users in the current detection process of H.pylori were analyzed.Finally,the design and positioning of Chinese separate meals and h.pylori detection were made through interviews.Aiming at the design of tableware for emotional meal,the interactive detection product with user privacy as the first and helicobacter pylori promotion function was designed.Users can enjoy the sense of social presence provided by dining while resolving the health risks.
