摘要
通过将可供性理论引入产品情感化设计,使用户本能层、行为层、反思层情感在可供性思维的辅助下获得满足,为设计师进行产品情感化设计实践提供新思路。分析了可供性思维在产品情感化设计中起到的积极作用,并对可供性4种类型与情感3层次理论相关联的部分进行了探讨。结合可供性4种类型和情感3层次理论提出了基于可供性理论的产品情感化设计思路,并以家用智能快递柜设计为案例进行了思路验证。针对年轻群体使用的家用智能快递柜产品设计,证明了可供性4类型辅助实现用户情感层次满足这一思路的有效性与可行性,在一定程度上丰富了产品情感化设计的实践方法,未来对于可供性理论与产品情感化设计结合方面的研究还有待深入。
The work aims to introduce affordance theory into the emotional design of products,the feelings of users'instinct layer,behavior layer and reflection layer can be satisfied with the assistance of affordance,so as to provide new ideas for designers to carry out the emotional design of products.This paper analyzes the positive role of affordance in the emotional design of products and discusses the four types of affordance related to the emotional three hierarchy theory.Combined with the four types of affordance and the emotional hierarchy theory,the emotional design process of products based on affordance was put forward,and the design of household smart express boxes was taken as a case to verify the idea.Aimed at young group of ark of household smart express product design,proved the availability of four types of affordance implementing user emotional levels meet the validity and feasibility of this approach,to some extent,enrich the practice of emotional design method,the future for affordance theory combined with emotional design research remains to be further.
