基于认知心理学的职称评审系统优化设计--以气象人才评审系统为例

摘要 本文以认知心理学为切入点,以提升职称评审系统的用户体验为目标,基于信息加工理论观点,对气象部门人才评审系统进行设计和功能的优化。通过梳理目前用户实际使用中的痛点和难点问题,根据信息加工理论中感知系统、反应系统、控制系统和记忆系统等四大核心系统的特点,提出诸多具体的设计方案。旨在提升用户使用的满意度,提高产品的用户体验。 This study regards improving user experience of the professional title assessing system as the goal and takes cognitive psychology as the cut point.Based on the four core systems of the information processing theory,this paper sorts out the pain points and difficult problems during the actual use of meteorological talent assessing system and then optimizes the function design through a series of specific designs.The study aims to improve user satisfaction and using experience of the system.
