摘要
在老龄化问题严峻的今天,以社区教育为实现积极老龄化的主要途径,解决目前社区教育课程数量供不应求,课程内容不能充分满足居民学习需求等问题,提升老年人的生活幸福感和社会参与度。对比现有的社区教育服务模式,分析其特点和困境,按照可持续设计的理念提出服务模式,最后尝试依照服务模式进行服务设计实践。构建以居民学习需求为导向的“人人为师”可持续社区教育服务模式,实现学习者和讲师的双重转化,并进行辅助网站设计。该服务模式和相对应的服务设计思路能为其他地区的社区教育可持续发展提供参考。
In today's serious issue,community education is the primary method of achieving active aging in community education,and resolve the current number of community education courses.The content of the curriculum cannot fully meet the needs of residents'learning needs.Participation.Compare the existing service models of community education with Sustainable design and service design.Also,analyze their characteristics and dilemma,put forward strategies,and finally try designing practice with strategies.Rebuild a"everyone as a teacher"in order to sustain the community education service model,which has been ordered by residents'learning needs,realize the dual transformation of learners and lecturers,and design auxiliary websites.This service model and the associated website design concepts can serve as models for the long-term growth of community education in other locales.
