萃取温度及溶剂对活性炭性能的影响

摘要 为了进一步提升活性炭的性能,以褐煤为原料对不同萃取工艺下活性炭的基础结构和电化学性能进行对比。根据实验需求确定的实验方案,重点对萃取剂和萃取温度进行确定,并设计了工艺路线;基于实验方案分别验证了不同萃取温度和萃取剂下活性炭的结构和电化学性能,研究成果将应用于活性炭的工业生产制备。 In order to further improve the performance of activated carbon,the basic structure and electrochemical performance of activated carbon under different extraction processes were compared using brown coal as raw material.The experimental plan was determined based on the experimental requirements,with a focus on determining the extractant and extraction temperature,and a process route was designed.Based on the experimental plan,the structure and electrochemical performance of activated carbon under different extraction temperatures and extractants were verified,and the research results will be applied to the industrial production preparation of activated carbon.
