摘要
针对煤炭质量常规化验中采样阶段、制作阶段、化验分析阶段存在的问题及处理措施进行分析,讨论了煤质化验环节、发热量检测环节、硫含量检测环节、挥发检测环节中的误差控制措施,目的在于提高煤质常规化验结果的准确性和真实性,为同类煤质化验工作提供借鉴和参考。
This paper analyzes the problems and treatment measures existing in the sampling stage,production stage and test analysis stage of the conventional coal quality test,discusses the error control measures in the coal quality test link,calorific value detection link,sulfur content detection link and volatilization detection link,which aims to improve the accuracy and authenticity of the results of the conventional coal quality test,and provide reference for similar coal quality test work.
