摘要
为进一步探究低温甲醇洗净化工艺的优化路径,结合某煤化工企业既有低温甲醇洗净化工艺中存在的技术瓶颈问题,基于丙烯压缩制冷技术模式,采用多级设计,对工艺中的吸收塔和解吸塔进行设计,以提升其性能,同时针对制冷模块与换热网络进行优化设计。从安全风险评价结果来看,本次优化后的低温甲醇洗净化工艺具有较高的安全性,预计其具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to further explore the optimization path of low-temperature methanol washing purification process,combined with the technical bottleneck problems in the existing low-temperature methanol washing purification process of a coal chemical enterprise,based on the propylene compression refrigeration technology mode,a multi-stage design is adopted to design the absorption tower and desorption tower in the process to improve their performance.At the same time,the refrigeration module and heat exchange network are optimized.From the results of the safety risk assessment,the optimized low-temperature methanol washing purification process has high safety and is expected to have certain practical application value.
