工业废渣中的重金属的萃取与回收

摘要 为了解决当前工业废渣处理不当对环境、土壤以及水资源造成严重污染的问题,基于工业废渣中含有大量的重金属,实现资源重复利用的考虑,采用湿法回收的萃取工艺对工业废渣中的重金属进行回收。根据萃取工艺路线选取了实验仪器和试剂,并制定了详细的实验方案;重点对萃取温度、萃取时间和pH值对钴的萃取率影响进行对比分析,最终所得的萃取工艺条件可指导实践生产。 In order to solve the problem of serious pollution caused by improper treatment of industrial waste residue to the environment,soil,and water resources,based on the large amount of heavy metals in industrial waste residue and the consideration of resource reuse,the extraction process of wet recovery is adopted to recover heavy metals from industrial waste residue.According to the extraction process route,experimental instruments and reagents were selected,and a detailed experimental plan was developed.The focus is on comparing and analyzing the effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,and pH value on the extraction rate of cobalt.The final extraction process conditions obtained can guide practical production.
