摘要
为进一步探究化工企业生产废水处理与中水回用的有效方案,本次研究以某化工企业的印染废水处理为例,搭建综合应用混凝气浮、酸化水解、缺氧、接触氧化和沉淀等五个方面的技术模式进行较为全面的工艺设计,并在此基础上进一步引入人工湿地和消毒等环节,进行中水回用方案的设计。从实际应用效果来看,本次工艺在经济效益和环境效益方面均取得了一定的成绩,表明其具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to further explore effective solutions for the treatment of production wastewater and the reuse of reclaimed water in chemical enterprises,this study takes the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in a certain chemical enterprise as an example,and builds a comprehensive process design using five technical models:coagulation air flotation,acidification hydrolysis,hypoxia,contact oxidation,and precipitation.Based on this,artificial wetlands and disinfection are further introduced to design a reclaimed water reuse plan.From the perspective of practical application effects,this process has achieved certain results in both economic and environmental benefits,indicating that it has certain practical application value.
