太阳能增程式发电系统续航里程分析

摘要 为应对环境污染等因素,国家层面逐步倡导和支持新能源汽车开发。就目前而言,纯电动汽车续航里程不足的问题依旧阻碍着新能源汽车的发展。为解决这一问题,文章开展了太阳能增程式发电系统对纯电动汽车供电的研究。在车顶装载四块A级单晶硅发电板吸收太阳散发的能量,利用控制器和功率分析仪,对发电板转换的电能和实际为蓄电池充电的电能进行数据记录,并进行理论计算和实验发电量的对比分析。通过固定式台架测试和移动式整车测试两组实验,测试实际情况下可转换的电能以及可增加的里程数。实验结果表明,一天内太阳能电池的发电量与实际充入动力电池包的电量有一定的电量损失,但仍可以为汽车增加20~30 km的续航里程。 In order to cope with environmental pollution and other factors,the national level has gradually advocated and supported the development of new energy vehicles.At present,the problem of the driving mileage insufficient of battery electric vehicles is still hindering the development of new energy vehicles.In order to solve this problem,this paper carries out a research on the power supply of battery electric vehicles by solar extended-range power generation system.Four A-grade monocrystalline silicon panels are mounted on the roof of the vehicle to absorb the energy emitted by the sun,and the controller and power analyzer are used to record the power converted by the panels and the power energy that is actually charged to the battery.The controller and power analyzer are used to record the data of the electric energy converted by the power generation panel and the electric energy actually charged for the battery,and the theoretical calculation and experimental power generation are compared and analyzed.Through two sets of experiments,the fixed bench test and the mobile vehicle test,the actual converted electrical energy and the mileage can be tested.The experimental results show that the power generation of the solar cell in one day has a certain power loss from the actual power charged into the power battery pack,but it can still increase the driving mileage 20~30 km for the vehicle.
