摘要
针对某型脚踏式驻车制动机构不合格产品中出现的不能有效实现驻车力矩的保持与释放问题,文章从汽车驻车制动器的功能、工作原理与结构特点出发,针对其棘轮、棘爪等关键零部件进行力学分析以及几何参数设计计算。基于ADAMS仿真分析软件构建了驻车制动机构动力学分析模型,分析了拉伸弹簧关键部件参数的选取对制动机构制动性能与效果的影响,模拟了脚踏式驻车制动机构的制动与松开过程。通过优选参数下的机构运动学仿真分析获得棘轮、棘爪标记点的运动轨迹,并进行了10个周期内的制动机构性能可靠性分析。结论验证了所设计参数满足驻车制动性能,满足驻车力矩的保持与释放功能要求。
In response to the problem of a pedal parking brake mechanism not being able to effectively maintain and release the parking torque,this paper starts from the function,working principle,and structural characteristics of the pedal parking brake,and conducts mechanical analysis and geometric parameter design calculation for key components such as the ratchet and pawl.A dynamic analysis model of the parking brake mechanism is constructed based on ADAMS simulation analysis software,and the influence of the selection of key component parameters of the tension spring on the braking performance and effect of the brake mechanism is analyzed.The braking and release process of the pedal parking brake mechanism is simulated.Through kinematic simulation analysis of the mechanism under optimized parameters,the motion trajectories of the ratchet and pawl marking points are obtained,and the reliability analysis of the braking mechanism performance is conducted within 10 cycles.The conclusion verifies that the designed parameters meet the parking brake performance and the requirements for maintaining and releasing the parking torque.
