道路路侧台阶铣刨机液压控制系统设计

摘要 在传统的道路路侧台阶铣削过程中,铣刨机在工作时,需要先对路面进行垫料处理,耗时耗工且效率低、成本高。针对此问题,文章介绍一种在高速公路改扩建项目过程中用到的台阶专用铣刨装备——道路路侧台阶铣刨机。主要从道路路侧台阶铣刨机的结构特点、液压控制系统技术方案、冷却水路系统设计、重要元器件型号选用等方面进行阐述,整机设计结构简单轻量化。液压控制系统是由一个液压泵带动铣刨鼓同时进行回转运动和上下往复运动,速度快、结构简单、切削性能好、节约能源,冷却水路从变速箱获得动力后驱动洒水泵工作,将罐体内部的水通过管道和喷头喷洒出去,最后根据工况选定液压系统动力元件液压泵、液压马达和执行元件液压缸的型号。道路路侧台阶铣刨机优良的性能为高速公路建设进度和铣刨质量提供了有力的保障。 In the traditional road step milling process,the milling machine needs to handle the pavement first,which is time-consuming and labor consuming,and the efficiency is low and the cost is high.Aiming at this problem,this paper introduces a special step milling equipment-road side step milling machine,which is used in the process of highway reconstruction and expansion project.Mainly from the road side step milling machine structural characteristics,hydraulic control system technical scheme,cooling water system design,important components model selection and so on.The machine design structure is simple and lightweight,hydraulic control system is driven by a hydraulic pump milling drum at the same time for rotary movement and up and down reciprocating movement,fast,simple structure,good cutting performance,energy saving,cooling water from the gearbox to get power to drive the sprinkler work,the water inside the tank through the pipe and sprinkler spray out.Finally,according to the working condition,the model of hydraulic pump,hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder of actuator is selected.The excellent performance of road side step milling machine provides a strong guarantee for highway construction progress and milling quality.
