摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定紫砂陶器在食品模拟物中24种元素迁移量的分析方法。方法紫砂茶壶、紫砂烧水壶、紫砂锅、紫砂电炖锅共4种紫砂陶器使用4%乙酸作为食品模拟物进行浸泡试验,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定迁移液中24种元素迁移量。结果锂、镁、铝、铁、钡元素质量浓度在1000μg/L以内,铅、镉、总砷、铬、镍、铜、钒、锰、锑、锡、锌、钴、钼、银、铍、铊、钛、锶元素在100μg/L以内呈线性关系,r值为0.998739~0.999989。总汞在5.0μg/L以内呈线性关系,r值为0.995056。本方法所测元素的检出限为0.5~45.0μg/L,回收率为80.6%~108.9%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~4.8%(n=6)。对市售紫砂茶壶、烧水壶、砂锅、电炖锅共4种紫砂陶器检测发现,铍、钛、铬、镍、钴、锌、银、镉、锑、总汞、铊、锡、铜、总砷、钼、铅共16种元素迁移量结果低于定量限。迁移量最高的元素茶壶是铝、镁、钡;烧水壶是铝、镁;砂锅是铝、镁、锂;电炖锅是铝。结论该方法易于操作、准确度高,为紫砂陶器中元素迁移量测定及评价提供了一种有效可行的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for determining themigration of 24 elements in Yixing clay pottery in 4%acetic acid simulated solution byinductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.METHODS Four types of Yixing claypottery,including Yixing clay teapot,Yixing clay kettle,Yixing clay pot,and Yixing clayelectric stew pot,were immersed in 4%acetic acid as a food simulant for testing.Themigration amount of 24 elements in the migration solution was determined using inductivelycoupled plasma mass spectrometry.RESULTS Lithium,magnesium,aluminum,iron,and barium elements with a mass concentration of 1000μg/L;Lead,cadmium,totalarsenic,chromium,nickel,copper,vanadium,manganese,antimony,tin,zinc,cobalt,molybdenum,silver,beryllium,thallium,titanium,and strontium elements within 100μg/L there was a linear relationship within,the r value was between 0.998739 and0.999989.Total mercury at 5.0μg/L,there was a linear relationship within,the r value of 0.995056.The detection limit of the elements measured by this method was between0.5 and 45.0μg/L,the recovery rate was 80.6%-108.9%,and the relative standarddeviation was 1.0%-4.8%(n=6).A total of 32 samples of four types of Yixing claypottery sold on the market,including teapots,boiling kettles,casseroles,and electricstewing pots,were tested.It was found that the migration of 16 elements,includingberyllium,titanium,chromium,nickel,cobalt,zinc,silver,cadmium,antimony,totalmercury,thallium,tin,copper,total arsenic,molybdenum,and lead,were lower thanthe quantitative limit.The element with the highest migration volume teapot wasaluminum,magnesium,and barium;The kettle was aluminum and magnesium;Casserolewas aluminum,magnesium,and lithium;The electric stew pot was aluminum.CONCLUSION This method is easy to operate and has high accuracy,providing aneffective and feasible detection method for the determination and evaluation of elementmigration in Yixing clay pottery.
