数字孪生是一种虚拟模型,能够以数字方式呈现现实世界的物理对象、系统或过程.为提升智慧工厂数字孪生平台的数据传输效率和质量,提出一种综合考虑数据采集、数据处理及数据展示等因素,实现对物理系统实时监测、分析及管理,优化数据接入和数据可视化的方法,并对该方法的各个阶段所涉及的技术要点进行详细的解释和验证.实际结果表明,该方法可以帮助用户更好地了解实际对象、系统或过程的状态和行为,提高生产效率和质量,提升产品竞争力.
Digital twin is a virtual model that can digitally present physical objects,systems,or processes in the real world.To improve the data transmission efficiency and quality of the smart factory digital twin platform,a method is proposed that comprehensively considers factors such as data collection,data processing,and data display to achieve real-time monitoring,analysis,and management of physical systems,optimize data access and visualization,and provide detailed explanations and verifications of the technical points involved in each stage of this method.The actual results indicate that this method can help users better understand the state and behavior of actual objects,systems or processes,improve production efficiency and quality,and enhance product competitiveness.
