心理灵活性在男护士工作压力与工作满意度间的中介效应分析

The mediating effect of psychological flexibility between job stress and job satisfaction in male nurses

摘要 目的 分析海南地区男护士心理灵活性在工作压力和工作满意度间的中介效应,以提高海南地区男护士的工作满意度,降低离职率并提高护理质量。方法 采用多阶段抽样法选取海南地区393例男护士,根据工作满意度评分,将其分为满意组(275例)和不满意组(118例)。采用接纳与行动问卷第二版及认知融合问卷、工作压力源量表及工作满意度量表、Pearson相关性分析、多元线性回归、Bootstrap、logistic回归模型进行调查分析。结果 海南地区男护士的心理灵活性较差、工作压力较大,工作满意度较低。经验回避、认知融合、专业与工作、管理与人际关系对工作满意度具有负向预测作用(t=-0.469、-0.317、-0.480、-0.226,P均<0.05);经验回避、认知融合在工作压力和工作满意度中的中介效应值分别为-0.083和-0.120,占总效应比例分别为18.32%和26.49%。影响男护士工作满意的独立影响因素为月收入≤7 000元、工作年限<10年、需要值夜班和工作科室为手术室、重症监护室(OR=3.168,2.609,2.910,2.633,P均<0.01)。结论 工作压力可直接影响男护士的工作满意度,也可通过心理灵活性间接影响工作满意度,临床可通过提高男护士的心理灵活性、降低工作压力从而提高工作满意度。 Objective To analyze the mediating effect of psychological flexibility between job stress and job satisfaction in male nurses to improve job satisfaction,reduce dimission rate,and improve nursing quality.Methods Applying a multi-stage sampling method,393 male nurses in Hainan were enrolled.Based on job satisfaction scores,they were divided into a satisfaction group(275 cases)and a non-satisfaction group(118 cases).All subjects were investigated and analyzed by the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition(AAQ-II),Job Stressor Scale,and Job Satisfaction Survey(MMSS).Statistical methods(e.g.,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate linear regression analysis,Bootstrap analysis,and Logistic regression model)were used.Results In Hainan province,there was poor psychological flexibility,heavy job stress and low job satisfaction among male nurses.The experience avoidance,cognitive fusion,profession and work,management and interpersonal relationship had negatively predictive effects on the job satisfaction(t=-0.469,-0.317,-0.480,-0.226,P<0.05).The mediating effect values of experience avoidance and cognitive fusion in job stress and job satisfaction were-0.083 and-0.120,accounting for 18.32%and 26.49%of the total effect,respectively.The independent influencing factors of job satisfaction among male nurses included monthly income≤7000,years of working<10 years,night shifts and working at operating room and intensive care unit(OR=3.168,2.609,2.910,2.633,P<0.01).Conclusion Job stress can directly affect the job satisfaction of male nurses,which can also indirectly affect job satisfaction by psychological flexibility.Clinically,improving psychological flexibility and reducing job stress are beneficial to improve job satisfaction.
