摘要
LBD (Lateral organ boundaries domain)是高等植物所特有的一类转录因子家族,通常包含高度保守的LOB结构域(Lateral organ boundaries),该结构域可以与“GCGGCG”序列特异性结合,进而调控靶基因的表达。LBD转录因子起源于早期有胚植物的水生祖先,在后续的进化过程中发生了两次大规模的基因扩增事件,使LBD成员的数量和种类得以增加。目前,已经从很多植物中鉴定出了该家族成员。LBD转录因子在植物侧根、侧枝、叶片等侧生器官发育以及胁迫应答、次生生长、再生过程和次生代谢物合成等生理过程中发挥重要作用。本研究对LBD转录因子的结构与分类、起源与进化进行综述,并通过构建LBD转录因子家族成员的分子调控网络分析其功能,以便更深入解读该转录因子家族在植物生长发育过程中的作用机制。
The lateral organ boundaries domain(LBD)is a unique family of transcription factors in higher plants,which usually contains highly conserved lateral organ boundaries(LOB).LOB can be combined with the sequence specificity of"GCGGCG"to regulate the expression of target genes.LBD transcription factors originated from the aquatic ancestors of early embryogenic plants,and two large-scale gene amplification events occurred in the subse-quent evolution,which increased the number and species of LBD members.At present,LBD transcription factors have been identified from many plants.LBD transcription factors play an important role in the development of lat-eral organs such as lateral roots,lateral branches and leaves,as well as stress response,secondary growth,regener-ation and secondary metabolite synthesis.This study reviews the structure and classification,origin and evolution of LBD transcription factors,and analyzes their functions by constructing a molecular regulatory network of LBD transcription factor family members,so as to further understand the mechanism of the transcription factor family in plant growth and development.
